Effect of business culture on organization commitment of banking sector employees

چکیده
There has been a significant shift in the employment landscape Vietnam's major cities, particularly banking sector after COVID-19 outbreak. Many banks have to restructure their jobs and employees, thus impacting cost management operations. Banks need take into account how maintain organizational commitment of employees long-term. This article investigates effect business culture on industry Vietnam. A questionnaire survey is undertaken collect information from 493 31 top order accomplish this goal. The database was examined with statistical program SPSS, by applying multivariate data analysis techniques develop hypotheses. findings showed that there are six factors influence employees' commercial banks: (1) internal communication, (2) teamwork, (3) training development, (4) reward recognition, (5) consensus, (6) core values. According study, positive impact employee sector. research thereby suggested some recommendations build adjust enhance banks.
